12/11/18: Discussion about Antioch's one-time revenue policy/Lamar Thorpe

At the Dec 11th Council meeting, the City Council had a discussion about our one-time revenuepolicy. As it stands, any new or rollover revenue that comes to the city is split 50/50. One part goes to OPEB (retirement costs) and the other goes to speical one time projects per Council's request. The matter was tabled and will return in January. #TransparentAntioch
