12/11/18: Increase to Antioch's administrative fines/Lamar Thorpe

At the Dec 11th Antioch City Council meeting, the Council voted 4/0 to increase our administrative fines and/or penalties to $130 for first time violators, $700 for second time violators and $1300 for each additional violation for local building and safety code violations based on state law. #TransparentAntioch #LamarThorpe
