Jan 8, 2019: One-Time Revenue Policy/Lamar Thorpe

Jan 8, 2019: Antioch City Council in a vote of 4/1 (Orgorchock) adopted a resolution amending the City's One-Time Revenue Policy. This was a long discussion and will require additional action before the budget process starting at the end of February. In a nutshell, rather than using 50% of budget rollover money (not including police department rollover) which ranges from year-to-year to add additional payments to the City's unfunded liabilities (Other Post-Employment Benefits for retirees) that we would make it part of the OFFICIAL budget process instead. #TransparentAntioch
