Jan 8, 2019: Villa Medanos Apartments/Lamar Thorpe

Jan 8, 2019: The City Council unanimously approved the issuance of multifamily housing revenue bonds in an amount not to exceed $31,000,000 for the acquisition and rehabilitation of Villa Medanos Apartments. I recognize that there is much-needed economic revitalizing in and around the Delta Fair community. I hope we get more opportunities like these in the near future. #TransparentAntioch
